The purpose of the summit is to gather input to improve the long-term environment of our community – one that drives economic growth, quality of life, community leadership and diversity, making Bismarck a global community of choice.
Doors open at 8 A.M., program begins at 9:00 am. Mayor Mike Seminary will kick-off the Summit and provide an overview of the Bismarck Livability survey results. Inspirational and dynamic speaker, Monsignor James Shea, University of Mary President, will lead off the program with opening remarks.
